Vegetable calcium is a very balanced formula that contains, in addition to the best quality calcium obtained from calcareous algae, Japanese marine magnesium as well as B complex vitamins from brewer’s yeast.

How to administer Vegetal Calcium :
Children (3-14 years): 4 capsules/day,
Young people over 14 years and adults: 6 capsules/day;
Pregnant or lactating women: 6 capsules/day.
