The Tibetan mushroom contains a high-purity extract of Cordyceps sinensis , potentiated by Indian saffron (Curcuma longa). This combination is among the most powerful in the world 2 , being researched in relation to liver 5 , kidney 1 , respiratory tract 4 ailments. The Tibetan mushroom, according to studies, has both immunostimulatory 3 and immunomodulatory 6 effects (being also useful in susceptibility to infections, but also in autoimmune problems).

Physiological actions:
- contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system;
- contributes to maintaining blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides within normal limits;
- contributes to the good management of organic stress produced by chemical pollutants and various types of radiation;
- supports the proper functioning of the joints and the health of the bone system;
- supports the proper functioning of the liver and kidneys.
In biology it has been found that: parasitic plants are great specialists in secreting substances intended to destroy tumor formations that have undergone mutations, which in the last instance are also a kind of…parasites, extremely dangerous. Thus, plants such as mistletoe or tortel, which parasitize plants, are among the most powerful antitumors in the European flora. Well, the Tibetan fungus, a specialist in parasitizing animals, seems to know better than anyone how to effectively fight an invading tumor.
Clinical Studies:
A simultaneous study in China and Japan on patients with stage 3 and 4 lung cancer showed that Cordyceps sinensis potentiates the antitumor effects of chemotherapy. Of the 50 patients undergoing chemotherapy who participated in the study, 46% saw tumors go into remission, and 22% saw a decrease in their growth rate or a halt in their development. In another study of experimental medicine, it was also shown that the Tibetan mushroom combats the adverse effects of cytostatics. Another research by Chinese scientists in 2007 shows that two active principles, cordycepin and cordycepic acid 7 , inhibit the growth of colon tumors. In combination with Saffron, the effectiveness of these active principles increases, also having an effect of blocking the vascularization of tumors in the intestine.
TIBETAN MUSHROOM AND IMMUNITY
Amazingly, Cordyceps sinensis is not at all contraindicated in autoimmune or allergic diseases, on the contrary. The immunomodulatory effects of this remedy are so good that in hospitals in China it is used to help patients’ bodies better receive kidney transplants 7 .
TIBETAN MUSHROOM, LIVER AND HEPATITIS
A group of 83 children, aged between 2 and 15 years, infected with hepatitis B was treated with Tibetan mushroom extract for three months. At the end of the cure, the results were amazing: 33 of them no longer had the antigen specific to this virus in their blood. Next, about 50 of them, although they had the virus present, did not show any symptoms of hepatitis, not even a year after the end of the treatment. In patients with cirrhosis, the effects were verified in a small study with 22 participants. After 3 months of administration, 16 of them had no more clinical symptoms of cirrhosis, and imaging analyzes also confirmed this. In 5 other patients with cirrhosis, improvements occurred, only in one patient no improvement occurred.
