Composition St. John’s wort + Magnesium:

• St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), aerial parts, hydroalcoholic extract 5-10:1, with min 0.3% hypericin, dry: 202.5mg;
• Marine magnesium , natural extract from sea water with 55% pure magnesium: 135mg*;
• St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), aerial parts, powder: 112.5mg;
• gelatin (capsule).

*The maximum dose for daily consumption provides 297mg Mg which is 79% NRV.

Method of administration:

Take 1-2 capsules twice a day, morning and evening.
