Pure dolomite powder is a remedy with an extremely high content of calcium and magnesium and can be used for both humans and animals.

Dolomite powder: 650 g*.
*The recommended daily dose provides 351 -702 mg magnesium (93.5 – 187%NRV) and 700.5 – 1401mg calcium (87.5 -175%NRV).
Method of administration :
Children between 3 and 9 years old – take half a teaspoon (3 grams) a day.
Children over 9 years and adults – take 1 teaspoon (6 grams) per day. There are 14-day cures, followed by a 21-day break, so as to give the body a break to eliminate the excess of non-assimilable minerals.
