Enoki – Golden Mushroom is a small and tender mushroom, also called Golden Needle or Golden Mushroom. Aceasta crește în Japonia, unde este foarte apreciată, dar poate fi găsită și prin pădurile noastre de foioase, crescând pe trunchiurile căzute.

The “golden” attribute is not necessarily due to its color, but to the multiple medicinal properties it possesses. Its long use in traditional medicine and its rich composition in beta glucans have sparked curiosity for other research as well. Thus, Enoki – Golden Mushroom is also studied for its actions on learning and memory disorders ⁵ , intestinal health ⁶ , the immune system, including inflammation from allergic reactions ⁷ . How to use:
