Damiana Extract is a plant originating from Mexico and Central America, known by the populations of these regions for an at least unusual property: it has aphrodisiac effects on both women 2 and men 1 . However, damiana is a medicinal plant in the true sense of the word, so its therapeutic effects are not limited to that. It is studied for its effects on the psyche and good mood, aging accelerated by the sun 3 . Its actions extend to the level of the digestive tube 4 .
How is Damiana administered?
Experimental and clinical medicine studies have shown that the extract obtained from this plant, in combination with the powder, has the most intense and complex effects. For long-lasting belts, take 2 capsules, twice a day, before meals. The cures last between 60 and 90 days, followed by a break of 15-30 days, after which administration can be resumed. For short-term effects, take – on an empty stomach – approximately 60 minutes after the chosen moment 2-4 capsules, in a single dose.

- hard gelatin capsule.
Method of administration:
1-2 capsules 2 times a day.
