Ashwagandha Complex – The word “tonic” has various meanings depending on the context in which it is used. Regarding medicinal plants, this word designates ingredients that increase physical, intellectual and also sexual performance. And Ashwagandha is possibly the most powerful tonic known. The very name of the plant comes from Sanskrit, meaning: the one that induces the strength of a horse (sometimes mistranslated as horse smelling plant). And indeed, current studies tend to confirm the effect of this herb in emotional disorders¹ and chronic fatigue. Ashwagandha extract has also been successfully researched as an immune booster². Perhaps the most interesting aspect is the effect of this plant on male vigor³, but also on female sexual dynamics4, the ambivalence of this plant in improving sexuality being unique.

Physiological Actions Ashwagandha Complex:

• Maintain mental and physical capabilities in case of exhaustion, fatigue and loss of concentration;
• They support relaxation and mental and physical well-being;
• Tonic that contributes to adaptogenic activity.

How to use:

One capsule each, 2 times a day.

Ashwagandha Complex composition :

• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), root, hydromethanolic extract 5:1 (dextrin) with 1.5% withanaloids, dry: 300mg;
• Vegetable capsule;
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), root, powder: 100mg;
• Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), root, aqueous extract with min. 0.8% eleutheroside, dry: 97.5mg;
• Black pepper (Piper nigrum) powder: 2mg;
• Black pepper (Piper nigrum) essential oil: 0.25mg;
• Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) essential oil: 0.25mg.
